  We purchased a beautiful diamond from Williams the Jewellers, Mark and Vanessa designed and made the most beautiful ring. I always buy my jewelry here. I have recommended all my family and friends, they too have purchased or had made many beautiful pieces, we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are great people to deal with. I highly recommend their craftsmanship to anyone. We have been a customer for 15 years.

  I ordered a Von Treskow ring from this jeweller and at the time of the order I requested a 1953 coin with the Queen’s head facing up with the coin being rose gold plated. As this needed to be ordered from Von Treskow (who can customise the order as such) it arrived with the coin the wrong way up. I requested the coin be flipped to which the jeweller did. The coin tarnished in around two weeks and looked dirty. I took it back as I have more than 20 Von Treskow rose gold pieces and none have ever done this. They took it out the back and sprayed the coin and it looked new again. Then, weeks later, the same thing occurred. I was prepared to just reorder online with Von Treskow for a replacement but I was over it. My Mum’s partner bought a piece of other jewellery from this jeweller for my Mum so she took my ring in to have it looked at again. With much debate and discussions it was agreed that they would return the ring and reorder a new one. Well, today I have received the “new” one which is my old ring just re-polished. Accordingly, they advised that I can not polish this ring as it will discolour as it’s copper underneath. I previously had this same ring for 6 years to which I lost, hence, wanting a replacement and within those 6 years, I was able to clean and wear it daily without fault. Very disappointed that this wasn’t a new order as stated because I can still see the original edges where the ring was previously lifted and some marks in the silver I had made with the prior ring. Recommendation, buy Von Treskow online, then it won’t disappoint.
